Pale lemon yellow in colour with restrained notes of flora, melon and yellow fruit on the nose. Tense with almost creamy acidity, on the palate you have hints of pink grapefruit, vine peach and white currant. Deliciously saline on the finish, this should be enjoyed in its youth!
